Middle-Senior Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced and driven Middle-Senior Project Manager responsible for overseeing and managing multiple projects simultaneously within the affiliate marketing department. The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator and leader, with a proven track record of managing complex projects within an agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Report project status to upper management, providing regular updates on progress, milestones, and any issues that arise.
• Setup and facilitate team-wide meetings/calls and ensure all project stakeholders are kept informed.
• Establish and manage project timelines, budget, and deliverables to ensure successful project completion.
• Collaborate with the development team to define project scope, develop project plans, and allocate resources.
• Foster a culture of agility within the team, ensuring adherence to agile principles and best practices.
• Continuously assess project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Proactively identify areas for improvement within the project management process and implement process changes.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and contractors as required.
• Ensure that all projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

Our ideal candidate will possess:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in project management, preferably within the affiliate marketing industry.
• English - advanced (C1).
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and their application in project management.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience using project management software such as JIRA, Trello, or Asana.
• Ability to manage project budgets and timelines.
