We're looking for a talented Digital Marketing Manager to join our team and lead the development and execution of our digital marketing strategies. This is an opportunity to be a key contributor in a rapidly growing Marketing software company. You'll create content, manage distribution channels, optimize materials for SEO, and coordinate projects. You'll also manage email marketing campaigns and measure their success. Responsibilities:
- Learn and have a solid grasp of our business, environment, competitive environment, key elements of our solutions and their features
- Discuss, plan, and exercise the company’s marketing roadmap & content strategy
- Produce content / blog posts, industry related articles, how to, interesting industry new/changes, guides, etc., that will resonate with our target audience & current niche as well as new industries
- Create website copy, in-product copy, social media copy, guides, blog posts, industry articles, case studies/testimonials, research, and even PR articles.
- Manage various channels to effectively distribute content across all channels (IN, IG, etc), news sites, guest writers, and other third parties.
- Manage, edit, and implement digital content, quality, and publication calendar.
- Optimize content with the best SEO industry practices & updating existing materials according to SEO standards and framework
- Find opportunities for content partnerships as well as promoting various activities with potential partners
- Create content materials for marketing & sales promotional activities for conferences, pdfs, and website
- Coordinate content projects development across design and web development teams.
- Create & Manage email marketing / newsletter with an emphasis on product promotion.
- Measure the results of marketing activities, produce reports, manage campaigns, analyze content’s performance and derive insights to increase the performance of future campaigns
- Insure consistency of high-level results and company’s style across channels
- Monitor company’s feedback to maintain positive online presence
- Document and develop materials that will provide clear structure to our key marketing processes
- Use latest tools & technologies to improve overall process, improve & suggest new strategies
- Utilize the latest tools and technologies to improve processes, enhance strategies, and propose new ones.
Our ideal candidate will have:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree – preferably in marketing, business, or related field
- Proven, successful inbound and outbound demand generation program creation, execution, measurement, analysis and reporting across channels
- At least 1 year experience in a similar role in IT company.
- Upper-intermediate + English level required.
- Advanced knowledge of current and innovation B2B demand generation methods across multiple channels (email, webinars, SEM/SEO, display, social, events, etc.)
- Ability to think strategically to develop thought leadership campaigns, pieces.
- Able to work comfortably in a hands-on, multi-tasking, deadline-driven environment
- Experience in managing and working with cross functional and fast-growth teams with natural leadership skills
- Creative thinker, strategic thinker, problem solver
