Key Responsibilities:
- Generate a strong pipeline of sales opportunities by proactively reaching out to prospects via phone calls, emails, LinkedIn messages, and other creative methods to communicate iLobby’s value proposition.
- Develop effective messaging and outreach strategies to attract new prospects.
- Leverage prospecting tools such as SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, Alyce, and Qualified to their fullest potential to create a pipeline of qualified opportunities for your assigned accounts.
- Provide constructive feedback to management on ways to improve efficiency and effectiveness within the ADR role.
- Schedule product demos with Account Executives by converting existing account prospects.
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and learn from one another.
- Meet or exceed monthly targets.
Our ideal candidate will possess:
- At least 1 year of experience in retail sales, customer service, inside sales, prospecting or an equivalent field.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding monthly targets.
- At least 1 year of experience in online casino, affiliate management, or an equivalent field.
- Strong work ethic with a willingness to work hard to overcome any knowledge gaps.
- Coachable and eager to learn, with a willingness to receive and implement feedback.
- Highly motivated and self-starting individual with a can-do attitude, a goal-driven mindset, and a high degree of initiative.
- Ability to deal with people professionally, sensitively, tactfully, and diplomatically at all times.
- Attention to detail in all areas of work, with excellent problem identification and problem resolution skills.
- Aptitude for technology, and the ability to learn by doing.
- Drive and creativity are a must
- Good spoken and written English and Portuguese, Spanish is a plus.
