As our Solution Engineer, you will be instrumental in onboarding new clients and providing ongoing technical support, ensuring they fully harness the power of our platform. Working closely with sales, client support, and technical teams, you will guide clients from initial setup to becoming proficient users. This hybrid role is essential in helping clients integrate our technology seamlessly, maximizing its impact on their marketing campaigns and driving exceptional results.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement tailored onboarding processes for new clients, ensuring a seamless transition to our platform.
  • Deliver personalized training sessions through webinars, live chats, and one-on-one calls to educate clients on software functionality, best practices, and benefits.
  • Guide clients through the technical aspects of platform adoption, including API setup and integrations.
  • Serve as the primary technical contact for clients during and post-onboarding, addressing technical issues and troubleshooting API integrations using Postman.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to resolve complex issues, ensuring minimal disruption to client operations.
  • Monitor client progress and platform adoption, providing proactive support and troubleshooting where needed.
  • Identify and recommend additional product features or solutions to enhance platform utilization and drive client value.
  • Act as the voice of the client to internal teams, ensuring client feedback is communicated for product improvements.
  • Maintain documentation of client interactions, technical solutions, and onboarding progress to inform continuous improvement efforts.

Our ideal candidate will possess:

  • Excellent proficiency in English and Russian as a plus.
  • A proven track record of at least 1 year in customer service, support, or a client-facing role, ideally within the IT or marketing sector.
  • A strong understanding of the marketing technology landscape and the ability to quickly learn and master new software.
  • Proficiency with Postman, API integrations, and system log analysis to troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Familiarity with system integrations and the ability to guide clients through complex setup processes.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with clients.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of accountability, especially in a remote setting.
  • Problem-solving prowess and the capacity to handle stress with grace.
  • A commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
